Returns:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@airinecobags.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse shipping fees.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your bag for the same model, please contact us.
