EXCHANGE POLICY
At A's Eco Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all our bags. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement to you at no additional cost.
