Return, Exchange and Refund
Returns and Refunds Policy
Refunds are only issued if the item is faulty and will be processed once the product has been returned and inspected. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or sale items.
A return and refund can only be issued if the item meets the following conditions:

It has not been used or worn

It is clean free of odours
-
All original tags remain attached

It is returned in its original packaging
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and refund after the item has been received at our facility.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may request a return & exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Please note: Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing issues cannot be returned & exchanged.
How to Return,Exchange,or Receive a Refund
Please kindly send an email to hello@airinecobags.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]” and include the following information:

Customer name

Receipt or purchase confirmation (order number and date of purchase)

Reason (return, exchange, or refund)

Details (short explanation of the issue or request)

Photos of the product and any defects or issues (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps
