Returns:- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at hello@airinecobags.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse shipping fees.
Refunds:
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
