    Returns:

    • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
    • To start a return, please contact us at hello@airinecobags.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
    • Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse shipping fees.

    Refunds:

    • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

    Exchanges:

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your bag for the same model, please contact us.
